Academic Leadership and International Research Collaboration at Harvard Graduate School of Education
Initiated, organized, and led a two-day academic research exchange at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Established dialogue with faculty member specializing in educational leadership, organizational change, strategic management, and decision-making in higher education. The exchange focused on leadership under pressure, and institutional responses to complex challenges in higher education. The initiative contributed to international research networking, scholarly collaboration, and the development of new perspectives on leadership and organizational change in higher education.
